12. Minutes
RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 27 April 2021 be approved as a correct record.
13. Urgent Items of Business
There were no urgent items of business.
14. Exclusion of Public and Press
RESOLVED that pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Local Authorities (Executive
Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2000 and having regard to the
public interest, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the
consideration of item 6 which involves the likely disclosure of exempt information
under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:
(3) Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular
person.
15. Corporate Property Investment Update
i. That the information in the report is noted and that no further action is required at this point in terms of management of the properties within the CPIS portfolio;
ii. That the Executive Director: Resources responds to the CIPFA consultation on changes to the Prudential Code, focusing on the key points set out under paragraph 5.23 of the report.
